Bases

ORGANIZACIÓN Y LUGAR DE JUEGO

ABIERTO SUB-2200: Abierto a todos los jugadores con licencia FIDE y Elo FIDE inferior a 2.200.

  • Sistema suizo a 7 rondas.
  • Ritmo: 60’+30»: 60 minutos por jugador y 30 segundos adicionales por cada jugada propia.
  • Orden inicial: Elo FIDE. En su defecto, Elo FEDA y orden alfabético.
  • Válido para Elo FIDE, FEDA y FADA.
  • Pueden participar todos los jugadores con Elo inferior a 2.200 en la última lista publicada anterior al inicio del torneo de ELO FIDE standard.
  • Se permite un retraso máximo de 30 minutos sobre el comienzo de la partida.
  • Se concederá hasta un máximo de 1 Bye de 0,5 puntos en las 5 primeras rondas, siempre que se soliciten al árbitro hasta la víspera del torneo o al inscribirse. Para ser efectivos el jugador deberá recibir confirmación del mismo.
  • Desempates: 1) Resultado particular (encuentro directo); 2) Mayor número de partidas ganadas; 3) Buchholz (-1); 4) Buchholz Total; 5) Sonneborn-Berger

DESCALIFICACIONES

  • La incomparecencia de un jugador a una ronda causará su descalificación, salvo que por escrito se excuse y pida proseguir.

REGLAS Y LEYES (en todos los grupos)

  • Regirán las Leyes del Ajedrez FIDE, así como las presentes Bases.
  • Se formará un único Comité de Apelación en el Festival compuesto por un miembro de la organización con voto de calidad, y 3 jugadores que posean un título de árbitro, o en su defecto, los primeros del ranking que no procedan del mismo club. Habrá 3 suplentes para cubrir alguna ausencia en la sala de juego de los titulares o la implicación directa de un miembro. Una decisión del Árbitro Principal sobre el juego es recurrible al Comité de Apelación, por escrito, en los 10 minutos siguientes a la finalización de la partida en cuestión. El jugador que presente una reclamación ante el comité de apelación abonara una fianza de 80 euros que serán devueltos en el caso de que la reclamación tenga resolución favorable a dicho jugador.

OTRAS CONSIDERACIONES

  • Con la inscripción, los participantes:
    • aceptan el protocolo relativo a la protección y prevención de la salud frente a covid-19 en competición de la FADA.
    • aceptan estas bases así como cualquier cambio -a excepción de los premios- que pudiera haber por motivos de la organización (la organización se reserva el derecho de cambiar las presentes bases),
    • autorizan el uso y la publicación de datos personales (p.ej., listados de resultados, participantes, clasificaciones, partidas, fotos…) en los distintos medios de comunicación e internet.
    • se suscriben a la lista de correo del club.

Para inscribirse es necesario:

  1. Contactar en el e-mail almeriaatajedrezreverte.com, en el Whatsapp 640 14 34 11.
    • Adjuntar el pago mediante ingreso en la cuenta del Club Reverté 2103 5060 17 0030001958 (Unicaja Banco, S.A.). Para transferencias internacionales, IBAN: ES79 2103 5060 17 0030001958. BIC/SWIFT: UCJAES2MXXX. En el concepto del ingreso hay que indicar el nombre y apellidos. Otros datos opcionales: número de teléfono y club de ajedrez.
  2. Confirmar la asistencia hasta las 21:00 horas de la víspera del torneo. Se puede confirmar la asistencia en el e-mail almeriaatajedrezreverte.com o por Whatsapp (640 14 34 11). Los jugadores que no confirmen la asistencia no serán emparejados en la primera ronda.

    • Alojados en el hotel a través del club: inscripción rebajada con inscripción conjunta para el Abierto Sub-2200 con hotel, sólo haciendo transferencia bancaria antes del 21 de octubre:
      • Para dos personas, desde el 29 hasta el 31 de octubre (dos noches con desayuno): 87 € por persona
      • Para una persona, desde el 29 hasta el 31 de octubre (dos noches con desayuno): 141 € por persona

Las tarifas son válidas para los asistentes al Festival y se les aplicará indistintamente a las noches que pernocten. INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LOS PREMIOS

  • Los premios no son acumulables.
  • Se entregarán por rigurosa clasificación general, no siendo compartidos a igualdad de puntos. Siempre se optará al premio de mayor importe, y en caso de igual valor o premio no económico, se asignará el premio en el orden mostrado en esta página.
  • Los premios por categorías:
    • Veteranos (+50): Nacidos en 1971 y anteriores.
    • Sub-12: Nacidos en 2009 y posteriores.
    • Sub-10: Nacidos en 2011 y posteriores.
    • Sub-08: Nacidos en 2013 y posteriores.
    • Tramos de Elo: según Elo FIDE standard.
  • Para cobrar el premio habrá que mostrar DNI y firmar el recibo correspondiente de recogida del premio.

OPEN UNDER 2200

  • Swiss system, 7 rounds.
  • Time control: 60’+ 30”: 60 minutes per player and 30 extra seconds for each own move.
  • Initial ranking: ordered by Elo FIDE. For players that do not have Elo FIDE, order will be respectively set by Elo FEDA and alphabetically.
  • Valid for rating FIDE, FEDA and FADA.
  • All players with FIDE rating lower than 2,200 in the last published FIDE rating list can play.
  • A maximum delay of 30 minutes on the start of each round is allowed.
  • One player can ask a maximum of 1 bye scored with 0.5 points in the first 5 rounds, when requested in the registration form (at least one day before) or to the arbiter. The player must receive confirmation.
  • Tie breaks: 1) Direct encounter; 2) The greater number of wins; 3) Buchholz Cut 1; 4) Buchholz; 5) Sonneborn-Berger

DISQUALIFICATION

The failure of a player a round cause disqualification unless s/he formally writes and ask to continue.

RULES AND LAWS OF CHESS

  • FIDE Laws of Chess and the rules of this page will be applied.
  • An Appeals Committee is going to be composed of for the whole Festival: one member of the organization with a casting vote, and 3 players with an arbiter title or alternatively the first players from the initial ranking from different chess clubs. There will be three reserves to cover any absence in the game room or the direct involvement of a member or any conflict of interest. A decision by the Arbiter on the game may be appealed to the Appeals Committee, by a formal written letter and a payment of 80€ (to be refunded if the claimant is right), within 10 minutes after the end of the game.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

By registering, participants:

  • accept the protocol related to the protection and prevention of health against covid-19 in competition of the FADA.
  • accept these rules and any changes -except lowering the prizes- done by the organization (i.e., the organization reserves the right to change these rules),
  • authorize the use and disclosure of personal data (e.g., lists of results, participants, standings, games, photos …) in various media, social networks, and internet.
  • subscribe to the mailing list of the chess club.

Registration

To register you need to:

    • Attach the receipt of the bank transfer to the bank account of the Chess Club Reverté 2103 5060 17 0030001958 (Unicaja Banco, S.A.). For international transfers, IBAN: ES79 2103 5060 17 0030001958. BIC/SWIFT: UCJAES2MXXX. The concept has to contain the full name of the player. Other optional data: phone number and chess club.
  2. Confirm attendance before the eve of the tournament. Attendance can be confirmed at the playing venue or by phone (640 14 34 11). If a player does not confirm attendance, s/he will not be paired in the first round.

  • Local players and U16: 25€
    • Accommodated in the hotel through the chess club: Promotional registration for the Open Under 2200 including hotel, only by making the bank transfer before October 21:
      • For two people, from October 29 to 31 (two nights with breakfast): 87 € per person
      • For one person, from October 29 to 31 (two nights with breakfast): 141 € per person
